CEO Pay: Is It Still Out of Sync? – BusinessWeek http://www.operationentrepreneur.com/blog/2009/09/14/ceo-pay-is-it-still-out-of-sync-businessweek/ http://www.operationentrepreneur.com/blog/2009/09/14/ceo-pay-is-it-still-out-of-sync-businessweek/#comments Mon, 14 Sep 2009 16:01:10 +0000 admin http://www.operationentrepreneur.com/blog/?p=225 CEO Pay: Is It Still Out of Sync? – BusinessWeek.

Great article balanced, insightful, and good information for young entrepreneurs about the inequity of CEO pay in relation to the rank and file and the impact on public perception of CEO compensation. Although I agree, CEO’s deserve higher compensation for their performance, direction and abilities, it is important to share the wealth with the people who help to acheive the companies goals and objectives. Perhaps some boards of directors should consider establishing employee compensation guidelines similar to those of CEO’s it may not only help level the compensation playing field, but also give employees the opportunity to earn what they are worth and share the wealth.

Many employees and recently layed off workers see the inequity of CEO compensation, take a chance and do something about it. Join the ranks of the entrepreneurs, you can be paid what you are worth and be in control not only of your own ship, but your own compensation. If you are not sure how to get started consider entrepreneur coaching from an esperienced entrepreneur and mentor.
